We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Deal Desk Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our sales organization by reviewing, structuring, and streamlining deals to ensure accuracy and compliance. This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, finance, and operations, and who wants to grow into a strategic business partner role.
As a Deal Desk Analyst, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Partner and Product teams to facilitate the quote-to-cash process and ensure that deals are structured and entered in a way that meets internal guidelines and customer needs.
- Act as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure deals are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Support the end-to-end deal process and workflows relating to pricing, discounting, contract review, and approvals for new logos, expansions, and renewals.
- Ensure the accuracy of subscription data within the systems of record.
- Review quotes and proposals to ensure compliance with pricing policies, revenue recognition standards, and commercial terms.
- Help optimize the quote-to-cash process by identifying and implementing operational improvements.
- Support training and enablement for sales teams on deal processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM and CPQ systems.
- CRM: Salesforce
- CPQ: Nue CPQ
- Productivity: Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Microsoft Excel
- Collaboration: Slack, Zoom
- Contract Management: DocuSign
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, or related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM/CPQ systems; Salesforce experience highly preferred.
- Comfortable working across time zones and functions; strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
