The Role
Securly is seeking a Deal Desk Associate to support our high-performing Sales organization as part of the Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will serve as a key business partner to Sales, Legal, and Finance by reviewing and structuring deals, guiding quote workflows, and ensuring transactions are precise, compliant, and timely. You’ll be the connective tissue for all revenue-driving activity — every dollar flows through you. Location: Remote (U.S.) Reports to: Sales Operations and Deal Desk Manager
Key Performance Objectives (First 12–18 Months)
- Partner with the sales team to guide pricing, configuration, and terms for quotes and deals that align with company standards and customer needs
- Help reduce delays in deal progression by proactively identifying blockers and coordinating cross-functional input (Legal, Finance, Sales Ops)
- Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Legal, and Finance during contract and order review processes to ensure smooth and compliant transactions
- Review purchase orders and contract documents to confirm they meet internal compliance requirements and are booking-ready
- Support ongoing improvement of quote-to-cash systems and processes, contributing ideas and helping implement enhancements where needed
- Provide training and enablement to sales reps on order processes, quoting best practices, and policy updates
- Assist billing operations on an as-needed basis, responding to customer inquiries and supporting the collections process when appropriate
Candidate Profile: What You Bring
Experience & Accomplishments
- 1+ year of experience in deal desk, sales operations, contracts, or sales support — preferably in a SaaS or subscription business
- Demonstrated ability to manage deal flows, quoting systems, and internal approvals in a high-growth environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to address contract or order-related challenges
Technical/Functional Skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce; experience with CPQ tools and/or NetSuite preferred
- Ability to manage contract documentation, pricing approvals, and deal compliance workflows
- Clear written communication and structured process documentation skills

Success Milestones
- 30 Days: Complete onboarding, learn systems (Salesforce, CPQ), begin shadowing and executing deal reviews
- 90 Days: Independently review and approve standard quotes and POs; support quarter-end deal flow
- 12 Months: Deliver continuous improvements in deal velocity, accuracy, and team enablement; own complex deal reviews end-to-end
