Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic DeFi Liquidity Lead to join our team. This role will be critical to growing liquidity on Aptos through a range of strategies, including managing partnerships with onchain liquidity providers in the Aptos ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in digital asset markets, DeFi broadly and onchain liquidity specifically.
This role reports to the Aptos Foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationships with onchain liquidity providers in order to grow strategic liquidity in the Aptos DeFi ecosystem
- Work directly with the most prominent DeFi protocols on Aptos to help them develop relationships with liquidity providers and achieve their product roadmaps
- Ideate and execute on new DeFi growth strategies alongside the rest of the DeFi and Liquidity teams at Aptos
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a professional digital asset trading, yield farming, liquidity provisioning, or similar role
- Deep expertise in DeFi primitives and onchain liquidity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical, relationship-management, and deal structuring skills
