The Role
The Digital Media Manager is a core member of the Unlock Health media team. This position is part of our Integrated Marketing Media team and will be influential in the day-to-day management of our clients paid digital media. This role will be focused on Programmatic and Social management while collaborating closely with our Search team. The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for campaign set-up, management, optimization, billing reconciliation and reporting. The ideal candidate has a collaborative mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment while building relationships within the agency and with our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign setup, management and optimizations for all self-managed digital platforms
- Collaborate closely with Sr. Digital Media Manager to ensure maximizing campaign performance
- Ensure buys are live with the correct creative and that data is pulling into analytics and ad serving platforms
- Optimize media plans and budgets according to the best media mix on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Experiment with new platforms and channels; brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- Deliver performance updates and recommended optimizations to Sr. Digital Media Manager and Planning counterparts
- Collaborate with media planning team to identify target audiences and craft effective campaigns
- Coordinate with Search and Ad Ops teams, offering support as needed
- Responsible for accuracy in social and programmatic dashboard data and reporting decks
- Seek out new ways to showcase data and partners to help close the loop for ROI/attribution
- Routinely analyze data to provide optimization recommendations and reporting insights
- Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Ideal Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in paid social and programmatic campaign execution
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- Expert in tagging, trafficking and QA-ing campaigns
- Interest in following healthcare, advertising, and media trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to articulate strategy and performance to clients and internal teams
- Experienced in the setup, execution, and performance for both Programmatic and Social campaigns
- Strong knowledge of the digital landscape (programmatic, social, and paid search)
- Strong grasp of ad-serving platforms (e.g. Google’s CM360)
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing campaigns in DSPs
- Demonstrates creativity and storytelling ability in writing insights and report development
- Continuous desire to learn about the ever changing social and programmatic landscape
- Healthcare experience and/or a passion for healthcare industry
