Job Description
Sprinto is a leading platform that automates information security compliance. By raising the bar on infosec, Sprinto ensures compliance, enables healthy operational practices, and allows businesses to grow and scale with unwavering confidence.
We are a remote-first company with over 350+ employees, serving 2500+ customers across 75+ countries. Backed by top-tier investors such as Accel, ELEVATION, and Blume Ventures, we've raised $32M in funding, including our most recent Series B round.
The Role
We are looking for an executive-level Director of Brand to take full ownership of Sprinto’s brand strategy and execution. In this role, you will architect Sprinto’s brand narrative, voice, and positioning to position us as a credible, differentiated leader in the B2B SaaS market. You will drive storytelling across all customer-facing and internal touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience everywhere our brand lives – from marketing campaigns, social media, and PR to our website, product UI, events, and even internal communications.
Working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Design, Sales/GTM, and the executive leadership team, you’ll align brand initiatives with business goals and ensure Sprinto’s messaging is unified and impactful across all channels. This is a high-impact, high-ownership opportunity (and remote-friendly) for a seasoned brand leader to scale a B2B SaaS brand in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Own Sprinto’s brand architecture and positioning end-to-end – defining our brand pillars, values, and unique value proposition.
- Develop and refine our brand voice and visual identity guidelines to tell a compelling story in the market.
- Craft and champion Sprinto’s brand narrative and storytelling across all platforms.
- Oversee content and campaigns that communicate our mission and product story in an engaging way.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Design, Sales (GTM), and other teams to infuse the brand into product launches, growth campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Ensure that every external touchpoint and internal initiative reflects a unified brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own Sprinto’s social media strategy, PR, and communications programs.
- Drive our presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels to build community and engagement.
- Manage public relations efforts, thought leadership content, and influencer/partner relationships.
- Provide leadership on all creative output – from design of marketing assets and website experience to brand campaigns and videos.
- Ensure all creative materials (ads, collateral, event booths, etc.) adhere to brand guidelines.
- Manage external agencies or contractors in developing high-quality creative work.
- Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Audit customer-facing content and internal materials for brand consistency.
- Provide brand training and resources to enable company-wide adoption.
- Define key brand performance metrics (brand awareness, NPS, share of voice, engagement, etc.).
- Monitor the health and impact of brand initiatives and report on KPIs to leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine brand strategy and execution.
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or communications roles within B2B technology or SaaS companies.
- Proven track record of scaling a brand at a high-growth or mid-stage company.
- Deep expertise in brand strategy – architecture, positioning, messaging, tone of voice.
- Demonstrated success leading or contributing to major rebranding or brand elevation projects.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills; experience working cross-functionally with GTM, design, and executive teams.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. market and enterprise SaaS buying context.
- Hands-on experience in social media, PR, and communications strategy.
- Outstanding storytelling and writing skills; portfolio of content/campaigns is a plus.
- Experience managing creative teams and external agencies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in brand metrics and campaign analysis.
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Experience leading brand strategy at a high-growth SaaS startup or scale-up.
- Experience building global brands and adapting messaging for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with security, compliance, or enterprise SaaS categories.
- Eye for design and experience working closely with creative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Remote-first policy
- 5 days working with flexible hours
- Group medical insurance (including parents, spouse, and children)
- Group accident cover
- Group term life insurance
- Company-sponsored laptop
- Education reimbursement policy

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
