Overview:
Midi Health is the only comprehensive virtual care clinic for women in midlife navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other common midlife health challenges. Our platform provides care designed by experts, scaled by technology, and delivered by trained and compassionate clinicians. We accept most major PPO insurance products, offering convenient access to clinical care through telehealth visits, 24/7 messaging, and responsible prescribing of medications, supplements, and other therapies.
Weâre passionately focused on improving the symptoms of womenâs midlife hormone changes because the current system too often leaves women misdiagnosed and undertreated. At Midi, weâre changing that.

This is a rare opportunity to drive meaningful impact at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and operations. Youâll be a core member of our operations leadership teamâowning high-priority projects, fixing friction in how we work, and turning data into action. Youâll help us answer questions like:
- Where are we wasting time and resources?
- What tools will help us work more efficiently at scale?
- How do we structure cross-functional projects so they actually succeed?

- Fix whatâs broken (and make it better). Map, analyze, and improve operational workflows with an eye toward scalability and speed.
- Build smarter systems. Partner with Product, Clinical, and Engineering to evolve the tools and tech stack our teams rely on every day.
- Make metrics matter. Create dashboards, define KPIs, and tell compelling stories with data.
- Lead cross-functional projects. Align stakeholders, set timelines, and deliver on complex initiatives with company-wide visibility.
- Codify what works. Develop repeatable playbooks and best practices that make future projects faster and smoother.
- Establish operating rhythms that align teams, clarify priorities, and enable fast, consistent execution.
- Shape company strategy. Partner with leadership to translate company goals into actionable plans, identify tradeoffs, and help the business prioritize what matters most.
