We encourage every member of the Remote team to bring their talents, experiences and culture to the table to help us build the best-in-class HR platform.
If you are energetic, curious, motivated and ambitious, be part of our world. Apply now and define the future of work!

What will you be doing?

As Director of Channel Programs within the Channels & Alliances team, you will lead the growth and optimization of our global referral & partnership ecosystem, focusing on our Business Services segments. This is a high-impact, player-coach role responsible for developing strategy, driving execution, and managing a team of channel partnership managers. You’ll be instrumental in scaling partner-sourced revenue through structured programs and innovative partnership models—while mentoring and empowering your team to succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and lead the global business services channel strategy, including program design, partner segmentation, enablement frameworks, and performance tracking.
  • Serve as a hands-on contributor, directly managing key partner relationships and closing strategic deals.
  • Architect and refine new partnership structures that support global growth and scalable partner engagement. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms while aligning with partner goals and internal policies.
  • Coach, develop, and manage a team of channel partnerships professionals, providing ongoing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Marketing to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives and go-to-market alignment.
  • Work closely with the broader channel team to ensure consistency in partner experience, communications, and operational excellence.
  • Establish and maintain a metrics-driven approach, tracking KPIs and reporting progress to senior leadership.
  • Champion best practices and repeatable playbooks, while cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and results within the partnerships team.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, channels, or business development, including 2+ years managing a high-performing channel partnerships team with a revenue quota.
  • Experience leading referral and partnership programs or channel sales in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven success in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and structuring scalable partnership models.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term planning and short-term execution.
  • Ability to coach and develop talent while also rolling up your sleeves to execute when needed.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a global outlook.
  • Proficiency with CRM, PRM, and partner marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Crossbeam is a plus.

What are your core attributes?

  • Driven by results, backed by communication: You optimize for outcomes, not just activity - and proactively communicate plans, challenges and solutions.
  • Commercially minded: You instinctively seek ways to create revenue impact and unlock partner value.
  • A strong leader and mentor: You foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement, and care about your team’s professional development.
  • Collaborative by nature: You thrive in cross-functional settings and know how to bring teams and partners along with you.
  • Structured and process-driven: You bring clarity, documentation, and consistency to everything you do.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
