About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Director, Demand Generation to own and scale our customer acquisition engine and team. You’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline and revenue growth in a company with exceptional product-market fit across diverse customer verticals.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, early-stage environment—ideal for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, and is excited to roll up their sleeves to make an impact.
Your Day-to-Day:
Own the lead funnel from top to bottom—improving conversion rates, nurturing strategies, and handoffs to sales.
Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing leadership to align campaigns with revenue goals and customer journey insights.
Design, execute, and optimize demand generation programs across digital, paid media, email, content, and events to drive qualified pipeline.
Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to track performance and improve ROI.
Test new channels, tactics, and messaging to uncover growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the broader marketing team on content, messaging, and brand alignment.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing demand generation team, fostering career development and skill building.
Establish clear goals, provide regular feedback, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Who You Are:
8+ years of experience in B2B or B2C demand generation, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
Demonstrated success in owning pipeline targets and creating programs that convert prospects into revenue.
Strong experience with performance marketing, email marketing, campaign ops, and ABM.
Proficient with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Analytical and process-oriented, with a passion for testing, measuring, and scaling.
A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and thrives in a cross-functional environment.
Proven ability to lead and develop marketing talent, with a track record of building and managing effective teams.
