We seek a visionary and proven leader to establish and lead our Global Remote Operations team at Cribl. The Remote First Operations team at Cribl will be responsible for partnering cross-functionally to develop our remote first practices that ensure our global herd can thrive from anywhere, using both AI-driven solutions and a strong remote-first culture.
As a vital member of Cribl's centralized Business Operations team, you will lead transformative initiatives that drive strategy, growth, and operational excellence. Your role will involve partnering with cross-functional teams—including finance, product, and go-to-market—to deliver high-impact programs that drive our strategy and create long-term success. You will be responsible for the company-wide effort to establish our remote operations practice, as well as define and execute the strategy for AI enablement and modern tool adoption that supports the productivity, collaboration, and operational consistency to move work across Cribl!
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will ...
- Global Remote Operations: Develop and implement strategies, policies, and processes to advance remote-first culture and AI-enabled operations, ensuring alignment with Cribl’s productivity and collaboration goals.
- Enablement and Training: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to build digital dexterity across the organization, equipping teams with the skills and knowledge to effectively use AI tools and collaborate in a distributed, remote-first environment.
- Change Management and Adoption: Lead cross-functional change management initiatives to drive successful adoption of remote work technologies and AI-enabled tools. Partner with People, IT, and Enterprise Applications to ensure smooth rollouts, high engagement, and sustained behavior change across teams.
- Innovation and Tool Strategy: Continuously assess and pilot new AI, automation, and collaboration tools to drive growth and efficiency for a distributed workforce.
- Continuous Improvement and Analytics: Track metrics on remote work and AI adoption, using data and feedback to optimize and enhance remote and AI-driven workflows.

- Proven experience in remote work management, with a particularly strong understanding of emerging best practices for distributed, technology-enabled teams.
- Influenced stakeholders at all levels and led change in dynamic, technology-driven settings.
- Delivered digital transformation and organizational change initiatives, overseeing rollout of advanced technologies and AI tools.
- Designed and facilitated training programs that strengthen remote-first practices and cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Leveraged data and analytics to optimize remote work, tech adoption, and AI initiatives for ongoing operational excellence.
Salary Range ($160,000 - $205,000)
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
