About this Position
We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Director of Lifecycle Marketing to join the Revenue Marketing team. This role will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty across all touchpoints, for multi-personas and products. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of optimizing the customer journey through personalized and automated campaigns, including email and other channels.
What You'll Do:
- Strategy & Vision: Develop and own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, from awareness and acquisition to onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Deeply understand our customer segments and map out their complete journey, identifying key touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for optimization.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Design, implement, and manage multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, in-app messaging, push notifications, SMS, direct mail, etc.) that are personalized, timely, and relevant.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Leverage customer data to build sophisticated segmentation models and drive hyper-personalized experiences that increase engagement and conversions.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, identifying winning strategies and scaling best practices.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track results, and provide regular, insightful reports on the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing initiatives to senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a team of lifecycle marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Technology & Tools: Evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other martech tools to enhance lifecycle marketing capabilities.
- Market Trends: Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive trends in lifecycle marketing.
What You'll Bring:
- Ten+ years of progressive experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or a related field, with a significant portion in a leadership or strategic role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing strategies that drive measurable business results (e.g., increased customer lifetime value, reduced churn, improved engagement).
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot and Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and experience with optimization tools.
- Excellent understanding of customer segmentation and personalization techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present to senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for crafting compelling and impactful customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $152,000 - $190,000 plus variable compensation.
