Director of Enterprise Client Success

Angi is seeking a Director of Enterprise Client Success to join our Enterprise Sales team. This leadership role is responsible for managing and growing a $175M+ corporate book of business while overseeing three high-performing teams: Ads Enterprise, Mid-Market Enterprise, and Corporate Enterprise.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and dynamic operator who thrives in complex environments. They are passionate about driving partner growth, scaling operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams. This person will report to the VP of Enterprise Sales and work cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Tech, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and sustained revenue growth.

The Team

The Enterprise Account Management team owns and operates Angi’s largest and most strategic partnerships. We support thousands of service professionals across the country and are responsible for more than $150M in annual revenue. Our mission is to build long-term, sustainable partnerships that help pros succeed and fuel Angi’s growth. From onboarding to optimization, our teams are committed to delivering results while ensuring an exceptional experience for our partners.

The Role

As the Director of Enterprise Client Success, your role will include:

  • Leading a team of managers and senior account executives across three core Enterprise segments
  • Owning the revenue strategy for a $175M+ book of business
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to roll out new products, refine strategy, and support important transitions
  • Building scalable processes and performance standards that drive team productivity and accountability
  • Advocating for the voice of the pro while delivering outcomes aligned with Angi’s goals

Responsibilities

  • Lead three Enterprise account management teams: Ads, Mid-Market, and Corporate
  • Drive consistent revenue growth and retention across the entire Enterprise portfolio
    Own the rollout of new products and initiatives
  • Develop and enforce operational processes that support scalability and efficiency
  • Partner with Business Development to drive first-year pro success and reduce churn
  • Champion the growth of smaller, emerging accounts while maintaining focus on large partnerships
  • Support the success of special projects
  • Serve as the senior point of escalation and advocate for both internal stakeholders and strategic partners
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying opportunities to improve outputs and engagement

Desired Skills

A strong candidate for this role will demonstrate:

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or customer success, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience overseeing large, complex books of business with proven revenue growth results.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a history of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Ability to develop strategies that balance partner needs with long-term business goals.
  • Strong operational acumen—comfortable building and improving systems and processes at scale.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of comfort engaging directly with executive-level clients and senior leaders.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary is $120,000 per year
  • This position will be eligible for $100,000 in variable pay per year paid out quarterly
