About this role
We’re looking for aDirector of Product Marketing (m/f/x) tolead and scale our Product Marketing function as we expand across Europe.
As our business continues to grow and our platform evolves, this role will play acritical part in shaping how we position our cybersecurity solutions in the market. You will takefull ownership of the product marketing strategy — drivingmessaging, sales enablement, content, competitive intelligence, andgo-to-market execution.
With agrowing team, you’lllead from the front while also building the structure, processes, and capabilities needed to take us to the next level.
This is ahigh-impact leadership role reporting directly to theVP of Product & Engineering, and designed for someone who thrives infast-paced environments, operates withhigh agency, and bringsdeep cybersecurity product marketing expertise.
What you will do
Lead and develop the Product Marketing function: Own and scale the team, starting with the current Product Marketing Manager. Foster acollaborative, outcome-oriented environment with clear strategic direction and operational excellence.
Strategic positioning and messaging: Define and continuously evolve thecore positioning andvalue propositions of our cybersecurity offerings to ensure they resonate with technical and business audiences alike.
Sales enablement: Equip our go-to-market teams with impactful materials — frompitch decks and training todemos, battlecards, andobjection handling guides.
Go-to-market (GTM) execution: Develop and orchestrate comprehensiveGTM strategies for new product launches and key updates, in close partnership with Product, Sales, and Engineering.
Competitive intelligence: Build and maintain a deep understanding of thecompetitive landscape to sharpen positioning, influence roadmap, and support strategic decisions.
Content strategy: Define and oversee a content strategy that supportsthought leadership, demand generation, andcustomer education — across blogs, whitepapers, decks, and more.
Cross-functional collaboration: Act as theconnective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring alignment and clarity across functions.
Cybersecurity subject matter leadership: Apply deep knowledge ofthreats, technologies, andmarket trends to inform all aspects of messaging, positioning, and strategic planning.
What you will need
8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with at least3 years in the cybersecurity domain.
Proven track record ofleading and mentoring high-performing teams.
Hands-on experience definingproduct messaging, executingGTM strategies, and enablingsales teams in complexB2B SaaS environments.
Strong understanding ofcybersecurity market dynamics, customer pain points, andcompetitive positioning.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability totranslate technical concepts into clear business value.
Strategic and analytical mindset with abias for action — comfortable setting direction and executing on it.
High agency and visibility — able to proactively drive initiatives, make decisions, and operate with ownership.
Comfortable in aremote, fast-growing environment where leadership is both strategic and hands-on.
