Summary

Spark is hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to design and lead our RevOps function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for building the systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure that enable our sales and success teams to operate at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own end-to-end revenue reporting and forecasting processes
  • Manage and evolve our GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Gong, Navan, etc.)
  • Define KPIs and dashboards that support leadership decisions and frontline accountability
  • Partner with Finance on quota-setting, compensation design, and territory planning
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize lead routing, pipeline hygiene, and funnel visibility
  • Identify gaps and drive operational improvements to fuel growth

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • 6+ years in revenue, sales, or GTM operations, ideally in a fast-growing startup
  • Deep experience with CRM and sales tech systems (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to build from scratch — processes, dashboards, ops strategy
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analytical, systems-minded thinker who can move quickly and iterate

Nice to Haves

  • Experience building comp plans or designing territory models
  • Exposure to Medicare or regulated industries
  • Experience supporting both field and inside sales orgs

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company’s size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Spark. In accordance with New York City, Colorado, California, and other applicable laws, Spark is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is listed below. We expect most candidates to fall in the middle of the range. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be taken into consideration, so we allow some choice between equity and cash.

Base Salary
$170,000$200,000 USD
