Job Description

Hello. Hey. Hi.

We have more demand than we can handle, and we need your help.

We're an international staffing agency specializing in placing top-tier marketers, sales reps, and engineers into high-growth companies—and we’re looking for someone to help us scale the top of our sales funnel. This is an internal position, working directly for us.

Your main focus is to lead, coach, and optimize the teams that book meetings, qualify, and close. We’ve got a ton of demand. We need someone who knows how to build systems, enforce standards, and make sure our BDRs, SDRs, and AEs hit quota.

Your output is their output. When your team hits, you hit.

You’ll work alongside a super-sharp, high-energy team. Everyone here moves fast, holds a high bar, and expects you to do the same.

You'll be managing three distinct teams of two people each:

  • Two BDRs who are responsible for cold calling and outbound outreach

  • Two SDRs who qualify leads and book meetings

  • Two AEs who take those meetings and close deals

If you love coaching teams, finding process gaps, and jumping into the weeds when it matters—you’ll love this job.

What You’ll Own

BDRs (Cold Calling)

  • Drive volume and conversion of cold calls

  • Manage call scripts, answer rate optimization, and training on objection handling

  • Hold team accountable to call blocks, dialer usage, and weekly conversion goals

  • Analyze answer rates, time-per-call, and improve team talk tracks

SDRs (Appointment Setters)

  • Ensure SDRs qualify leads efficiently and hand off cleanly to AEs

  • Optimize response times, script quality, and lead prioritization

  • Coach live on calls and written outreach

  • Track show-up rates, no-show rates, and speed-to-first-touch

Account Executives (Closers)

  • Coach AEs to close effectively: handle objections, qualify rigorously, and follow up like pros

  • Build closing frameworks that scale—replicable talk tracks, proposal templates, and urgency tactics

  • Forecast pipeline, track close rates, and push for higher win rates

  • Run post-call reviews to find moments they could have closed faster or better

What You Must Have Done Before

BDRs

  • Managed outbound cold call teams that hit and exceeded daily dial KPIs

  • Built or optimized scripts that drove conversion improvements

  • Used dialer tools like Orum, Aircall, etc. and can spot waste in call patterns

SDRs

  • Led inbound/outbound qualification reps with a show-up rate goal

  • Improved speed-to-lead and built systems to reduce drop-off

  • Implemented new workflows in HubSpot or a similar CRM to improve conversion

AEs

  • Personally closed deals (not just managed closers)

  • Coached AEs on objection handling, urgency tactics, and discovery calls

  • Forecasted pipeline revenue and hit aggressive closing quotas as a team

Traits of Top Performers in This Role

  • You hold people accountable without flinching

  • You build high-performance cultures where B-players either level up or leave

  • You obsess over the data and use it to coach in real-time

  • You see meetings, hiring, 1:1s, and call reviews asyour work—not distractions

  • You stack-rank your team in your head every week

  • You speak quickly. Yes, this is an actual thing we care about.

Why Scale Army

You’ll own the front lines of our revenue engine. You’ll have the autonomy to make high-leverage decisions, push people to their best, and scale a sales machine that drives real growth. If you’re a performance-driven, results-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and are looking to level up your career, here ya go.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
