The Impact You'll Have
As theDirector of Stablecoin Payments, you'll be the domain expert for stablecoin payment initiatives within Notabene. Working directly with the CEO, you'll drive the development of stablecoin payment solutions from 0 to 1, applying your specialized knowledge to help us expand into this critical market.
This role sits at the intersection of product and market, requiring you to work closely with our existing product and engineering teams to translate stablecoin payment opportunities into concrete product features. You'll bridge market needs with product execution, ensuring that our solutions address real customer problems and market opportunities.
This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset combined with deep domain knowledge in both traditional payment systems and digital assets. You'll be empowered to make decisions within your domain while collaborating with the CEO and other functional experts to align with our broader strategy.
- Driving strategic partnerships with key players in the crypto ecosystem, including liquidity providers, stablecoin issuers, and infrastructure teams
- Leading the execution of stablecoin payment initiatives, focusing on partnership strategy and business development
- Acting as the primary evangelist for Notabene’s stablecoin offerings, building credibility and trust within the market
- Providing market insights and feedback to shape product development and partnership strategies
- Balancing technical understanding with sales acumen to influence partner roadmaps and drive urgency around collaboration opportunities effectively
- 8+ years in payments, fintech, or crypto product roles with a strong focus on business development and partnerships
- Proven experience driving sales and partnership initiatives within the crypto ecosystem, especially with stablecoin infrastructure providers and liquidity partners
- Established network and relationships within the crypto infrastructure and liquidity provider space, ideally including TradFi experience bridging traditional and crypto markets
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive urgency among external partners to prioritize and accelerate integration roadmaps
- Track record of effectively communicating complex product and business use cases to diverse stakeholders, building credibility and trust
- Ability to operate independently with a strong voice and leadership presence, while collaborating closely with senior leadership and internal teams
- Experience at a growth stage company, especially in the crypto or fintech sector
- Previous experience working with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and understanding their ecosystem
- Background bridging traditional finance (TradFi) and crypto markets
- Proven ability to influence and drive urgency with external partners
