Position Summary: Natera is seeking a highly strategic Director of Oncology Key Account & Regional Marketing to develop and drive key account and regional marketing initiatives for our cutting-edge MRD test, Signatera, and broader oncology portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President of Oncology Marketing & Strategy, this role will be pivotal in building and executing marketing strategies that advance Natera’s oncology solutions within independent oncology networks, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), management service organizations (MSOs), and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
This position will lead a team of Regional Marketing Managers to drive regional marketing execution and engagement with healthcare providers, enhancing Natera’s visibility and market penetration. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and medical teams, to ensure the seamless integration of Natera’s oncology offerings.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Define Natera’s core value propositions for oncology-related key account partnerships, working closely with leaders in sales, product, medical, and marketing.
- Account-Based Marketing: Develop and implement tailored marketing plans that align Natera’s oncology products and partnership solutions with the specific needs and goals of national and regional oncology care networks.
- Performance Assessment: Monitor product performance in key organizations, identifying growth opportunities and addressing gaps to meet objectives.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, hire, and train a team of four Regional Marketing Managers responsible for regional sponsorships, speaker programs, and generating provider insights.
- Marketing Collateral Management: Develop engaging materials for c-suite and senior leadership within key accounts, enhancing partnership opportunities.
- Stakeholder Presentation: Present marketing strategies, progress, and outcomes to Natera’s executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required; MBA or Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years in product marketing, field sales, or market analytics within medical diagnostics, biotech, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Background in oncology and/or genomics strongly preferred; experience with oncology GPO liaison highly desirable.

- Collaboration: Skilled at partnering effectively across diverse internal and external teams.
