WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Director of Partnership Operations, you will be instrumental in driving exceptional contract performance and fostering meaningful relationships with health plans and risk-bearing entities. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving our impact across the healthcare landscape.
- Lead and support the implementation and ongoing engagement of our services with our partners, managing all facets of partner relationships from post-contract signing to launch to ongoing engagement for ultimate contract success.
- Manage and support partner relationships across all levels of leadership and workstream owners.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts, serving as our partners' primary point of contact and driving partnership value and progress through ownership of day-to-day workstreams, joint operating committees, and quarterly business reviews to partner leadership.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, internally and externally, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics with finesse.
- Develop and refine processes for managing ongoing partner operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- Strategy & Execution. Implementing and managing programs with health plans or risk-based entities to drive ultimate contract performance.
- Presentation. Strong executive presence and communication abilities, adept at crafting impactful presentations and telling partnership stories through regular leadership touch-points and business reviews.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, target bonus, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. The base salary for this role is $160,000-$190,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired at another level.
