About The Position:
In this role, you will be a visionary leader responsible for defining compelling messaging and strategies to drive business impact for G-P Gia™. This role requires a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, our product, and customer understanding to create impactful value propositions and marketing campaigns that resonate with target personas.
You will be responsible for driving go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling product narratives, and translating highly technical solutions into clear, value-driven messaging that resonates with B2B SaaS buyers. This role will be pivotal in helping customers understand and adopt G-P Gia’s capabilities and emerging technologies.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive, marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Lead the development of high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention for GIA.
- Customer Empathy and Persona DevelopmentBuild a deep understanding of G-P Gia’s customers, their pain points, and their aspirations.
- Develop and refine detailed buyer personas that reflect customer needs and guide messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all marketing efforts are rooted in empathy and understanding.
- Compelling Product Positioning & Messaging; Translate highly technical and AI-driven product features into compelling, value-based messaging tailored to buyers’ business needs.
- Craft differentiated narratives that resonate with C-suite executives, HR professionals, in-house counsel, and other key decision-makers.
- Strategic Campaign Collaboration: Provide strategic insights for integrated marketing campaigns that emphasize the real-world impact of G-P Gia’s platform and its innovative technologies.
- Partner with the brand, creative, and demand generation teams to design campaigns that attract and convert high-value buyers.
- PLG-Focused InitiativesPartner on strategies to drive self-serve adoption, trial conversion, and activation for technical features and tools.
- Socialize user insights to improve onboarding, retention, and customer experience for PLG users.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and support company-wide objectives.
- Act as a translator between technical and non-technical teams to ensure messaging clarity and consistency.
- Metrics & Optimization: Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure the success of product marketing initiatives.
- Use data to optimize messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years of product marketing experience in leadership roles in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for complex organizations.
- Entrepreneurial experience and exposure to high-growth startups and enterprises.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills with the ability to translate complex technical features into customer-centric value.
- Expertise in designing marketing strategies that leverage customer empathy to drive feature usage and business outcomes.
- Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of using metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Familiarity with AI-driven technologies, PLG strategies, and tools that support product adoption.
- Growth mindset, positive attitude, and hunger for continuous learning, you’re a creative problem-solver with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Demonstrated growth in previous roles, demonstrated by fast internal career progression.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $166,400 - $208,000 plus variable compensation.
