The Role
The Director/Senior Manager, Data and Pricing Analytics will drive data-driven pricing decision-making across the organization. You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of data analytics that provide actionable insights to optimize pricing strategies, identify fraud and abuse within networks, enhance engagement with high-value, low-cost capabilities, and advance product development. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting to drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build, refine, and maintain data-driven pricing models that predict demand and optimize pricing strategies.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to 1) fraud and abuse within networks; 2) engagement to low-cost high value capabilities; 3) loyalty and engagement; and 4) member insights to advance product development.
Forecast business outcomes using advanced techniques such as regression analytics, time-series analysis, and predictive modeling.
Provide actionable insights from data to influence business decisions.
Continuously monitor data and insights and adjust models as necessary based on changing conditions.
Lead and contribute to ad-hoc data analysis projects aimed at solving complex business challenges and optimizing processes.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data used for reporting and analysis.
Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues to improve decision-making across the business.
About You
7-10+ years of experience in data analytics, data modeling, or business intelligence, with a strong background in pricing.
Experience within the healthcare, Medicare, health tech, or fitness/wellness industries.
Bachelor’s degree in data science, economics, statistics, business analytics, mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience leveraging CRM tools and platforms (Salesforce) to extract data, member insights, etc.; Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake)
Expertise in data modeling, predictive analytics, and forecasting techniques.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
Experience with statistical tools and programming languages (R, Python) is desired.
Understanding of customer behavior analytics, fraud detection, and loyalty program analytics is highly desired.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
