One Pass Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2017 by Optum, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group. In early 2025, One Pass Solutions, Inc. spun off and is now operating as a separate entity.
One Pass Solutions, Inc. has two products,One Pass andOne Pass Select, which is offered through insurance partners and employers.
The Role
The Strategic Director Partnerships is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with our company's long-term goals. This role requires a visionary leader who can identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage within the One Pass Solutions product portfolio. The Strategic Director Partnerships will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and executive leadership, to ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
Identify and evaluate potential partners across various industries to expand the company's market reach and product offerings.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and financial goals.
Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for strategic partnerships.
Analyze competitive landscape and industry dynamics to inform partnership strategy.
Develop business cases and financial models to support partnership proposals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and integration of partnership initiatives.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and financial targets.
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of partnership projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives.
Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership on the status and performance of partnerships.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize partnership outcomes.

About You
5-8+ years of experience in partnership management, strategic relations, or business development.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is desired.
Experience with the fitness, wellness, healthcare or related industries is highly desirable.
Proven track record in managing high-value partnerships and managing partner escalations in professional and effective manner.
Ability to develop and implement long-term partnership strategies that align with the company's goals.
Experience negotiating partnership agreements and driving new business development initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to conduct thorough market research and financial analysis.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
This role may require occasional travel to meet with partners and attend industry events.
