Who We Are
About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and evaluating business partnerships to improve OKX US offerings in a compliant manner.
- Ensuring that OKX systems, processes, and controls meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.
- Working closely across divisions to develop and implement product mandates.
- Act as business lead in designing and developing appropriate controls and governance necessary for required regulatory approvals and compliance.
- Collaborating across technology, product, operations, legal, compliance, and risk teams to build necessary trading technology, processes, and controls for a best-in-class trading platform. This includes:
- Pre-trade and post-trade risk controls, including real-time margining, liquidation engines, and on-chain collateral management, where applicable.
- Clearing and settlement processes that support both crypto and stablecoin assets, ensuring secure custody, fast transfers, and capital efficiency

- Define and oversee product offerings designed specifically for crypto-native market participants, including institutions, market makers, and sophisticated retail users.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure the platform evolves in line with US regulatory developments and expectations.
- Monitor market structure trends and regulatory shifts to drive both product innovation and regulatory adaptability.
- Participate in discussions with regulators, institutional clients, and industry groups to help shape the future of regulated crypto markets.
What We Look For In You
- 7+ years of experience
- Expertise in market structure, trading protocols, margin methodologies, risk and collateral management across traditional and crypto markets.
- Deep understanding of crypto market structure, including derivatives, and credit and margin lending for digital assets.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across product, technology, legal, compliance, and risk functions.
- Experience with custody models, cross-margining frameworks, and on-chain asset management for digital assets and stablecoins.
- Strong familiarity with US and global regulatory requirements and frameworks, especially digital assets and derivatives.
- Experience trading traditional and digital assets preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and execute effectively in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments.

- The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $300,000
- The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
