Location: Remote (This is a Temporary - 6 month, W2 position)
What You’ll Do:
Manage District Implementations
- Utilizing established implementation playbook plan, lead, and manage customer implementations to meet contract requirements and Hazel success criteria, including those for net-new customers and for existing customers expanding use of Hazel’s services.
- Serve as the key client-facing contact during implementation and interact directly with various executive level customer stakeholders.
- Support execution of implementation plans by coordinating schedules, documentation, and follow-up tasks across internal teams.
- Track and update project milestones, timelines, and action items in project management tools (Asana, Gainsight, Google Drive).
- Prepare launch materials, presentations, and documentation for district leadership and school staff.
- Assist in identifying risks or blockers during the implementation process and escalate internally for resolution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with internal teams (Account Management, CSMs, Inventory, Marketing, Technology, and Support) to ensure timely delivery of implementation tasks.
- Provide regular status updates to market teams and internal stakeholders on progress and outstanding needs.
- Share observations and feedback from launch activities to improve future implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing or project coordination roles (school-based or healthcare experience a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Suite, project management platforms). - Bachelor’s degree in education, business, health administration, or related field.
- Prior experience supporting K–12 school districts or educational technology implementations.
- Exposure to SaaS-based software systems or technical project coordination.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $24 - $28 per hour.
