E-mail Lifecycle Associate

We're seeking a meticulous and detail-orientedEmail Lifecycle Associate to support and optimize our email marketing initiatives. You'll execute email marketing campaigns using pre-designed templates, conduct basic A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and manage our Marketing Tracker in Airtable. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our customer engagement through email.

Location:
Fully Remote, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Role Overview:
TheEmail Lifecycle Associate will assist in executing email marketing campaigns, running A/B tests, and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate tracking in Airtable and ensuring consistency across all email marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and deploy email marketing campaigns utilizing existing templates.

• Set up and monitor simple A/B tests to optimize email performance.

• Collect, analyze, and report campaign performance data.

• Maintain and update the Marketing Tracker within Airtable.

• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all email marketing initiatives.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience managing email marketing campaigns on platforms like Mailchimp, Squarespace, Square, Toast, and Klaviyo.

• Familiarity with Airtable for tracking and reporting marketing data.

• Ability to conduct and interpret basic A/B testing.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Beneficial but Not Required:

• Basic proficiency in Canva.

• Copywriting skills (English fluency is required, but advanced copywriting is not critical).
