The Role
Carrot Fertility is seeking an Emotional Support Expert, EMEA to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity to reshape healthcare by utilizing your clinical experience, independent critical thinking, and expertise in a collaborative environment.
The required shift for this role is ~ 2-3 hours/week.
Responsibilities
- Ability to identify and support the emotional needs and challenges faced by those on all Carrots members journey’s- fertility, family-forming, menopause, pregnancy, etc.
- Utilize clinical experience and skills to engage in discussions and educate others
- Lend expertise or knowledge to participate in continuing education programs for Carrot employees
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits to continue to drive an experience that is safe, compliant and of the highest standards
The Team:
The team consists of a diverse group of individuals with expertise in areas such as fertility, mental health, nutrition and pregnancy. They have a passion for continuous learning and education with an evidence-based approach. All of them care deeply and are committed to helping individuals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active RSW, AMHP, DClinPsy, DClinPsych, Psychotherapist
- Currently practicing clinician with a minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care to individuals, couples and families in the fertility and family forming space
- Experience supporting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community
- Superb listening skills and an ability to empathetically discuss fertility and family forming related topics
- Ability to work independently and capable of identifying and implementing best practices
- Motivated to expand knowledge on fertility and mental health related topics
- Ability to function well from a confidential and private work-remote environment (this is a 100% remote role)
- Flexibility to adapt with evolving business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multilingual skills
- Afiliated with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
Compensation:

The starting base salary for this position will range from $100-$150 USD per hour. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
