We are seeking a detail-oriented Employee Equity Plan Analyst to administer our company’s equity compensation programs and ensure nessesary reporting. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to employees regarding their equity grants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity compensation plans, taxation, and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Administer the company’s equity programs, including stock options, RSUs, and other incentive plans.
- Work with the broker to ensure day-to-day operations of the Employee Share Plan, including grant, vesting, and exercise of options/RSU.
- Maintain accurate records of equity transactions, including grants, exercises, and vesting schedules and run the relevant report.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SEC filings, tax reporting, and global equity compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage share plan data, including finance, legal, tax, and external plan administrators.
- Provide reports and required documentation to plan participants and
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure the seamless integration of share plan data into payroll processing.
- Prepare of payroll reports related to share plan transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of share plan processes and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of share plan administration.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or related field, with a focus on employee share plans, equity compensation, or payroll.
- Native or fluent English.
- Experience managing or administering Employee Share Plans (ESPs) or equity compensation programs across multiple jurisdictions is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of share plan administration, including grant, vesting, and exercise of options/RSUs.
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work well within a team, especially in coordinating with cross-functional groups.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and reporting tools.
