Job Description

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Webflow Analyze team, our group focused on building analytics products. In this role, you’ll guide the development of scalable features that deliver actionable insights and key metrics about Webflow site traffic and user behavior, helping our customers make smarter, faster decisions.

About the role:
    • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
    • Full-time
    • Exempt
    • Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager
    • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
      • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
        • Zone A: $175,780 - $247,690
        • Zone B: $164,500 - $232,180
        • Zone C: $154,160 - $217,610
      • Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
        • CAD 199,280 - CAD 281,060

    This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

    As an Engineering Manager, Webflow Analyze you’ll …

    • Lead a full-stack team focused on building and scaling Webflow’s analytics product offerings.
    • Drive roadmap planning and execution for Webflow Analyze, shaping key features and guiding technical investments.
    • Set technical direction and uphold high engineering standards.
    • Balance hands-on work with team leadership. Contribute where it unblocks, clarifies, or sets a high standard, while prioritizing team execution and scale.
    • Partner closely with cross-functional peers across Engineering, Product, and Design to set goals and shape the engineering strategy for both Analyze and Optimize.
    • Support your team’s growth by providing clear feedback, identifying development opportunities, and actively investing in their career progression.
    • Foster accountability and help the team deliver high-quality outcomes.
    • Contribute to broader organizational health by collaborating with other Engineering Managers to continuously refine our processes and improve how we support our teams.

    • You have 2+ years experience managing a team in a high growth environment.
    • You have 5+ years as a technical individual contributor building sustainable software systems.
    • You have experience leading teams with modern tech stacks such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Mongo and AWS.
    • Experience with data driven and/or analytics products.
    • Experience in mentoring, influencing, and growing senior+ engineers across organizations.
