About the Role and Team:We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Customer Vendor Management (CVM) team at Snapsheet. In this role, you’ll wear multiple hats—leading the team, driving hands-on development, and managing projects that directly impact our platform. You’ll play a key role in enhancing our Vendor Integration functionality within Snapsheet Cloud by helping build a new backend data model, APIs, and frontend interface to support an improved user experience. These enhancements will make it easier for new and existing third-party vendors to integrate with our platform.
In addition to vendor integrations, the CVM team is expanding its Total Loss Service capabilities to better support internal operations. This will involve integrating with external APIs, designing new data models, and improving the user experience based on feedback from our internal stakeholders.

What you will do as an Engineering Manager:
- Manage and contribute to upcoming projects
- Coach and mentor a team of high powered engineers.
- Write code in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to quality.
- Collaborate with other development teams, product management and design to identify and solve challenging, cross-domain problems.
- Contribute to architecture, strategy and decisions.
- Coordinate, scope and execute on large initiatives.
- Play an influential role in growing Snapsheet to be the industry leader in technology.
- Partner with our internal recruitment team to screen, interview and hire top talent.
What we are looking for:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field
- 5+ years of full-stack web development experience
- Designing and building APIs
- Designing schemas and performant queries for relational databases
- Understanding of scalability challenges and performance of server-side code
- Prior experience using back end languages, Ruby on Rails a plus
- Prior experience using front end web frameworks
- Minimum two years experience in an engineering manager, team lead, or lead developer-like role.
