The role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Engineer to join our team and manage cloud-based solutions and SaaS applications. You will oversee their lifecycle, design integrations, ensure security, and collaborate with teams to support business goals.
You’re welcome to work remotely from the US.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implement and manage Saas applications (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Office 365, Zoom, DocuSign and others) and cloud solutions.
- Design integrations with Microsoft Azure and other SaaS tools using APIs and automation.
- Troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimize application performance.
- Manage security, access controls and SSO implementation.
- Provide user training, support and detailed documentation.
- Recommend innovative solutions based on emerging technologies.
We expect you to have:
- 5+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions and SaaS lifecycle management.
- Expertise in enterprise applications (e.g., Atlassian, Slack, Office 365) and Azure integrations.
- Strong skills in API use, automation and SSO/identity management.
- Problem-solving focus with excellent collaborations and documentation abilities.
- Proactive approach to learning and innovation.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Certifications in Azure, Google or Atlassian tools.
- Scripting experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of ITIL or cybersecurity best practices.

Compensation
