Degreed is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to help us grow our footprint across North America. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on new logo acquisition in the enterprise space. The ideal candidate is based in the Central or Western U.S. or Canada.
You’ll join a passionate, fast-moving team that’s redefining how organizations grow, upskill and stay ahead in a skills-first world. In this role, you’ll lead conversations with executive leaders at some of the world’s most influential companies, helping them understand how Degreed’s platform connects learning directly to performance, mobility and business growth.

Key Skills
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Develop and manage a strategic territory business plan.
- Create and drive revenue within a specified region.
- Develop relationships with multiple personas across all product sales.
- Generate leads from tradeshows and regional networking events.
- Possess a full understanding of customers’ specific decision-making and purchasing process.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, consistently tracking progress against assigned quotas.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- Deliver impactful presentations on a wide range of technologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- 7+ years of new logo enterprise software sales (SaaS) experience.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Passionate and confident describing the value of Degreed’s solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach.
- Confident managing large, complex deals with Enterprise accounts.
- Comfortable working both independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment.
- Exceptional professional presence and business acumen, selling and influencing at the “C” suite.
What Sets You Apart
- Strong preference for Learning or Human Capital Technology experience.
- Previous experience with value based sales methodology.
