The Impact You'll Have


As aBusiness Development Executive for the EMEA region, you will be pivotal in fueling our rapid growth. In this dynamic position, you will actively prospect, engage, and convert high-value enterprise clients into steadfast partners, significantly impacting the fintech and crypto sectors. From generating leads to closing deals, you will navigate a fast-paced sales process amid evolving regulations. By collaborating with Notabene’s leadership, you will tackle urgent challenges faced by our clients in the crypto space!



What You'll Be Doing
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory with varied customer types
  • Own the sales process, including: sourcing, initial discovery, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, target customers, and changes as they relate to your territory
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on client proposals and technical demonstrations
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Notabene products and services
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Participate in user conferences and industry events on behalf of Notabene and our partners
  • Travel to clients and conferences, as required, to expand Notabene's presence in the market.


Must Haves
  • A minimum of6 years in enterprise SaaS sales or business development within technology-related industries, with a focus onFinancial Institutions, FinTech, or RegTech sectors.
  • At least2 years of experience selling into the Crypto industry is required.
  • Please note that we arenot considering candidates whose primary experience involves sellingfinancial instruments, such as inSales Trading roles.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex SaaS solutions and exceeding sales targets with Enterprise clients.
  • Ability to deeply understand customer needs and tailor solutions to drive successful outcomes.
  • You are entrepreneurial, thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, and are committed to continuous learning.
  • Ability to sell in French or German.
