We know that your voice creates the path to our success. We are a place where employees can be authentic, creative, and energized by the people and work they touch each day.

We’re looking for an innovative and multidisciplinary Experiential Designer to concept, design, and help bring to life immersive brand experiences that engage audiences in meaningful ways. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with a strong background in spatial design, visual storytelling, and experience production. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, producers, and the Creative Director to shape environments that reflect brand narratives and push creative boundaries.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Design and develop concepts for branded physical and digital experiences (e.g., pop-ups, activations, installations, exhibits, retail environments)
  • Translate brand strategy and narratives into spatial concepts and design language
  • Create 2D/3D visualizations, renderings, mood boards, floor plans, and design decks
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, production, creative) and external vendors to ensure design intent is maintained from concept through execution
  • Participate in brainstorms, client presentations, and creative reviews
  • Stay on top of trends in architecture, technology, and culture to inform new experience design approaches

What you bring to the team:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in experiential, spatial, or environmental design
  • Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Keyshot, Twinmotion)
  • Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and production timelines
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working across concepting and execution phases
  • Experience collaborating with strategists, producers, and fabricators
  • A portfolio that showcases innovative and brand-led experiential work
  • Experience with AR/VR or interactive technologies (Bonus!)
  • Background in architecture, interior design, or industrial design (Bonus!)
  • Understanding of event production or scenic fabrication processes (Bonus!)
  • Commitment to the mission, vision, and objectives of the organization

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
