- Strong communication skills — verbal and written (this role requires coordination across Sales and Marketing)
- Basic project management skills — ability to manage multiple small tasks and keep campaigns running on schedule
- Good understanding of business communication, email marketing tools, CRM systems (ex: Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Ownership mindset — ability to work independently, stay organized, and push initiatives forward without daily oversight
- Bonus: Prior exposure to working in Marketing, Sales, or Operations teams (even internships or projects)
- Assist the Field Marketing team in executing webinars, virtual events, and outbound campaigns
- Coordinate campaign logistics — follow-up with MDRs/AEs, update campaign trackers, monitor lead SLAs
- Support in building reports, analyzing lead conversion metrics, and preparing basic campaign summaries
- Help drive operational tasks such as campaign QA checks, lead list management, follow-up email drafts
- Opportunity to learn how Field Marketing ties into demand generation, sales acceleration, and pipeline creation
- A strong resume/portfolio with any Marketing/Business projects or relevant coursework will be a filter to shortlist applications
- A short assignment or case study to understand your operational thinking and communication skills
- Duration: 3–6 Months
- Stipend: 22k
