Why You’ll Love This Role

We're looking for a seasoned Field Operations Sr. Program Manager to be responsible for executing critical programs that impact the Field Sales organization and support company growth. Acting as a strategic partner to the CRO, Field Sales, and Field Operations leadership, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of company and departmental initiatives designed to improve revenue productivity, accelerate growth, increase business predictability, and strengthen cross-functional alignment. You’ll own the strategic roadmap for key programs, ensure flawless execution, and operate as a force multiplier.

This is a unique opportunity to build scalable processes at a fast-growing company, where your responsibilities will increase exponentially with your ability. The role will support the vision of Cribl’s Field Sales Leadership Team and will report to our VP of Field Operations.


As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Field Sales Leadership to lead a portfolio of high-priority, CRO initiatives and set program vision, determine KPIs, establish governance structure, risk mitigation strategies and drive operational cadences across multiple workstreams, influencing key stakeholders
  • Execute the global Field Operations strategy and partner with cross-functional teams to drive company and departmental-wide operating rhythms while acting as the orchestrator behind aligning business objectives, assess performance metrics, and deliver insightful recommendations to objectives
  • Partner with the Field Operations and Field Sales Leadership teams to design and run operational processes to support key motions: AOP, MBOs, BoD, QBRs, MBR, company and departmental All Hands, leadership/staff meetings and other executive initiatives
  • Serve as the Revenue program lead across departments to ensure cohesion and accountability in execution while leading key cross-functional steering committees and build stakeholder trust to remove friction, mitigate risks, and drive alignment to business objectives
  • Design and implement scalable operational frameworks, automation opportunities, data infrastructure enhancements, knowledge management initiatives and champion change management best practices to drive adoption, engagement that enables sustainable growth across the Field Sales organization
  • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours


If You’ve Got It - We Want It

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Strategy, Program Management or Management Consulting - ideally with exposure to fast-paced and high-growth SaaS or enterprise B2B environments
  • Strong executive presence and proven experience leading strategic programs with C-suite visibility and measurable business impact through compelling data narratives and crisp communication
  • Successfully led analytically rigorous business initiatives, leveraging standard SaaS sales metrics (ACV, ARR, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) and industry benchmarking
  • Analytical horsepower and hands-on experience using Salesforce, BI, Clari, or similar tools to turn data into action and a focus on driving measurable impact
  • High energy, enthusiasm, self-motivated, comfort with operating in an unstructured and rapidly evolving environment, a bias for action, and a builder/entrepreneur mindset to create clarity where none exists
  • BONUS POINTS:
    • Experience scaling and operationalizing a +$100M ARR SaaS business

Salary Range ($142,000-$175,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity. The total compensation offered for this position will include a commission/incentive plan.
