Responsibilities

You’ll partner directly with the Finance Manager and the Finance & Legal Lead to drive operational excellence and strategic insights across all finance areas.

1. Reporting & Controlling (30%)
Proactively maintain, extend, and improve our management and investor reporting landscape, including:

  • Own and improve management & investor reporting.
  • Analyse cost structures and unit economics to optimize performance.
  • Monitor cash flow and deliver accurate forecasts.

2. Budgeting (20%)

  • Support strategic planning through deep-dive data analysis.
  • Create ad-hoc reports to guide decision-making.
  • Help evolve our budgeting processes as we scale.

3. Operations & Internal Controls (50%)

Take full ownership of key financial operations, including:

  • Own key finance ops: contracts, stakeholder requests, credit system management
  • Be the go-to person for internal ticket requests (Sales, Customer Success, etc.)
  • Maintain finance tools and systems with a proactive, audit-ready mindset

What you Bring:

  • Up to 3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Controlling.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
  • Advanced Excel (you live in pivot tables, models, and PowerQuery is a bonus).
  • Operational mindset – you get things done and spot problems before they happen.
  • Great communication: you’re confident writing and speaking in English.
