We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic finance efforts for Turing. This role is essential to ensuring accurate forecast inputs, delivering actionable reporting, and providing operational finance support to leadership and the delivery organization.
This role will work closely with the Senior Manager of FP&A and business leaders across Delivery and Operations to maintain accuracy in revenue and margin planning, project utilization, and cost tracking.
Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and Excel skills, experience with complex datasets, and the ability to turn ambiguous inputs into structured, useful outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining financial models and forecast templates
- Track client- and project-level utilization, billing, and performance trends
- Support rate card analysis, delivery margin tracking, and unit economics modeling
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support investment decisions and operational tradeoffs
- Partner with Delivery and Accounting to validate actuals and develop crisp reporting timelines
- Prepare reporting and analysis for the Senior Manager and business stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or operations analytics
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus
- Comfort working with ambiguous data sets, messy inputs, and evolving structures
- Detail-oriented with a bias toward structure, clarity, and output
- Eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Ability to collaborate across time zones and functions
