Financial Systems Manager, Zuora
Job Description
The Financial Systems Manager will work with the finance, accounting and salesforce teams and a global user community. The position will primarily support Zuora, with Salesforce integrations as well as other 3rd party financial systems, such as Oracle. The Financial Systems Manager will be involved in leading cross-system implementation, support, and testing initiatives as well as assist with system controls and helpdesk tickets.
What you’ll do:
- Support all Zuora or related financial system changes, inclusive of design documentation, implementation testing along with preparation of supporting testing documentation.
- Participate in technical discussions and define requirements for cross-functional projects that interface with billing
- Provide expertise in design, development and deployment in business process automation using custom Zuora workflows.
- Provide expertise in building custom reports for cross functional teams
- Perform Zuora system administration tasks
- Create process flow documentation and assistance with user training as needed.
- Partner with a data team to provide guidance on the Zuora objects and relationship for reporting purposes.
- Partner with developers to provide API guidance if needed.
- Partner closely with internal audit with any request for System controls
- Manage daily Zuora financial systems helpdesk tickets. Escalate close issues and leverage appropriate resources to ensure successful system performance.
- Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of incidents and outages, remediations are implemented for future avoidance, including appropriate communications to business stakeholders.
- Support 3rd party financial applications as they interact with Zuora.
- Ensure operational excellence around process and procedures, maintain process documentation.
- Communicate with internal customers and senior management regularly on status, risks and emergent issues.
- Maintain superior levels of customer service to all company stakeholders.
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- BS in one or more of the following: Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 6+ Years of direct Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue (RevPro) system experience as an administrator
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong excel skills required to perform any data analysis and data validation.
- Zuora CPQ is a plus
- Global company experience
- SOX control management
- Helpdesk support experience using ticketing systems
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Experience with system development life cycle
- Develop and execute test plans for configuration changes across various systems and applications
- Develop and maintain the process documentation
Base Salary Range:
- NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, & Los Angeles: $112,000 - $154,500
- All other US cities outside above metro areas: $100,800 - $139,050
