Founder-Level Advisor (DTC/Fashion)

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with thefounding team to discuss strategy, growth, and business direction.

• Provideweekly consultation and strategic insights on branding, marketing, operations, and scaling a DTC business.

• Identify opportunities for growth, fundraising, partnerships, and market expansion.

• Offer guidance on team structure, supply chain, and operational efficiencies.

• Potentially transition into a full-time CXO (e.g.,Chief Growth Officer, Chief Brand Officer, or Chief Operating Officer).

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in launching and scaling aDTC brand, preferably in fashion.

• Experience as aFounder, CEO, CMO, COO, or another leadership role in a high-growth consumer brand.

• Strong business acumen with expertise inbrand positioning, marketing strategy, and operational scaling.

• Ability to workat a high level with founders and contribute meaningfully to strategic decisions.

• Open to aflexible, advisory role initially, with potential for a CXO transition.
