Your Mission:
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:
- Fraud Detection & Prevention: Craft and execute innovative strategies to prevent and eliminate fraudulent behaviors, ensuring Engine stays ahead in the industry.
- Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock new opportunities and deliver seamless experiences for our customers.
- Risk Mitigation & Investigations: Lead continuous improvement initiative to create, refine, enhance and test fraud detection models and algorithms for optimal scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- People Leadership: Leading a team of 3-4 people. Driving exceptional support and insights to our clients, ensuring every interaction with Engine exceeds expectations.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in fraud analytics, risk management, project management, machine learning tools
- People Leader: 2+ years Managing a team
- Skills: You’re a problem-solver with data analytics skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and identify fraud patterns. Ability to identify, create strategic plans and protocols and lead initiatives start to finish. You thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments, being a driver who leads from the front..
- Tech-Savvy: Bonus points if you’re fluent in fraud detection tools (Sift, SQL, Salesforce, Datadog, Zerofox) and payment tooling.
Mindset: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
