Job Description
We're seeking a talented UI Designer to join our client's growing product team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces for complex B2B software applications. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver designs that balance user needs with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Create clean, modern UI designs for web-based B2B software applications
Develop and maintain consistent design systems and component libraries
Collaborate with product managers to understand user requirements and business goals
Work closely with engineers to ensure precise implementation of designs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Participate in user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations
Document design decisions and maintain design specifications
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience designing interfaces for B2B/enterprise software products
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design work for complex web applications
Proficiency with Figma (primary), Sketch, or similar modern design tools
Experience creating and maintaining design systems
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
Experience working in remote-first environments
Ability to work in Western business hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SaaS products and enterprise software
Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS)
Experience with design collaboration tools (Zeplin, Abstract, etc.)
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Previous experience working with distributed teams
