Job Description

We're seeking a talented UI Designer to join our client's growing product team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces for complex B2B software applications. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver designs that balance user needs with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create clean, modern UI designs for web-based B2B software applications

  • Develop and maintain consistent design systems and component libraries

  • Collaborate with product managers to understand user requirements and business goals

  • Work closely with engineers to ensure precise implementation of designs

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

  • Participate in user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations

  • Document design decisions and maintain design specifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience designing interfaces for B2B/enterprise software products

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design work for complex web applications

  • Proficiency with Figma (primary), Sketch, or similar modern design tools

  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems

  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field

  • Experience working in remote-first environments

  • Ability to work in Western business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS products and enterprise software

  • Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS)

  • Experience with design collaboration tools (Zeplin, Abstract, etc.)

  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)

  • Previous experience working with distributed teams
