We are looking for a part-time recruiter to source, screen, and close talent for software, hardware, and AI roles for our China team. We are a US company and you will collaborate with the CEO to understand the needs of each role and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill these roles with highly skilled professionals.
Responsibilities
Sourcing and Recruitment
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and potential fit with the company culture
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role
Provide regular updates to stakeholders about the recruitment process and candidate pipeline
Requirements
Technical Skills
At least 5 years of experience in recruiting for software, hardware and/or AI engineers
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Familiarity with China's job market and employment laws
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Strong negotiation skills
