We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.
About the role:
We're looking to hire a full-time, remoteFront-end Engineer II. As a Front-end Engineer II, you will be responsible for applying specialized skills, theories, concepts, principles, and methods to develop and enhance the user-facing aspects of our applications. You will handle difficult but conventional assignments with set objectives, working independently within an established framework.

Responsibilities:
Advanced UI Development: Implement and refine user interfaces with a focus on user experience.
Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Component Development: Develop reusable components and libraries.
Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure applications function correctly across different browsers and devices.
Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend services.
Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong understanding of fundamental and advanced web technologies
Expert in Vue.js (Vue 2 and Vue 3), including modern ecosystem tools and best practices
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience with SCSS and Tailwind CSS
Demonstrated ability to optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
Experience in developing reusable and efficient components and libraries
Deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
Experience with code reviews and maintaining high standards of code quality
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend interfaces with backend services.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
Knowledge of performance testing and debugging practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
A continuous learner, eager to stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
A personal computer with stable internet capable of efficiently running these development tools and applications.
