What's the opportunity?
We seek an experienced and dynamicFX Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage relationships with key clients in the money remittance and financial services sectors. In this role, you will lead FX negotiations, collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure exceptional execution of cross-border payment transactions. You will leverage your expertise in FX markets to provide valuable insights to clients while consistently meeting sales targets and contributing to the organization's overall success.
- Drive negotiations with existing money remittance and financial services merchants, ensuring the achievement of sales targets while optimizing client value.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored FX solutions that meet their objectives.
- Work closely with the internal Trader team to ensure alignment on market strategies, competitive pricing, and efficient execution of FX transactions.
- Provide clients with actionable insights on FX market trends, movements, and forecasts, helping them stay informed and make sound decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of FX transactions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Regularly conduct market analysis and research on industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of market developments and anticipate client needs.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of local and international FX markets, including market dynamics, trading strategies, and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding business opportunities.
- Exceptional business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience managing high-value client accounts.
- In-depth understanding or experience with cross-border payment systems and their complexities, including risk management and cost optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with a logical problem-solving approach, helping identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
