About the Role:

We seek an experienced and entrepreneurial Global Head of Partnerships to lead our worldwide strategy for alliances, channel development, and partner-driven revenue. This high-impact role will focus on building and managing strategic relationships that accelerate our expansion in the fintech, payments, and blockchain sectors, especially in high-growth regions, including Latin America and North America.a

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute Galileo’s global partnership strategy to support revenue growth, product expansion, and market leadership
  • Source, negotiate, and manage high-impact partnerships with banks, fintechs, infrastructure providers, and payment platforms
  • Expand Galileo’s presence in key markets, leveraging deep knowledge of local regulations and financial systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Sales, Product partnerships, Banking partnerships, along with Finance, and Legal—to ensure partnerships deliver measurable value
  • Build and lead a global team focused on partner acquisition, enablement, and long-term relationship management
  • Represent Galileo with regulators and central banks where required, particularly in Latin America
  • Drive partner-influenced sales and revenue from both platform integrations and strategic alliances

Ideal Candidate:

  • 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or revenue leadership within fintech, payments, or blockchain
  • Demonstrated success by closing and scaling high-value partner deals in global markets
  • Deep regional expertise in Latin America and other emerging financial ecosystems
  • Experience managing international teams and partner portfolios across time zones and cultures
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish (required)
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of building go-to-market plans, navigating complex negotiations, and delivering business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of both traditional financial services and emerging technologies (blockchain, crypto, embedded finance)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in or with regulated financial institutions and central banks
  • Background in structured finance, platform sales, or SaaS-based business models
  • Proven ability to lead in a high-growth, matrixed, and fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

US-Based Base Compensation
$160,000$275,000 USD
