Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Design eye-catching social media graphics and ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
Create assets for email marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics.
Work on website and landing page design elements to enhance user experience and engagement.
Assist in the creation of various marketing materials, such as banners, brochures, and other collateral.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply them to design strategies.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing social media posts, ad creatives, and other digital design work.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Familiarity with website and landing page design, with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
Experience designing for Meta and Google ad platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Display Network.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A strong understanding of branding and design consistency.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Bonus Points:
Experience with web design platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS or web development basics.
