Title:Graphic Designer
Location:This position can be based remotely. Strong preference for candidates based in the Washington, DC metro area.
Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and creativeGraphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate excels inslide presentation design, digital advertising, branding, and visual storytelling. This role will be responsible for creating visually compelling presentations, marketing materials, digital ads, and brand assets that align with our company’s identity and goals. Responsibilities:
- Slide Presentation Design: Design professional, visually engaging Google Slides presentations for internal and external use.
- Branding & Identity: Follow and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual assets.
- Digital Advertising: Create compelling graphics for social media ads, display ads, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
- Graphic Design: Design high-quality website assets, marketing materials, including collateral, infographics, and promotional content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Creative Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously elevate the company’s visual identity.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and files.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in presentation design, branding, and digital advertising that is modern and effective in visual storytelling.
- Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Google Slides, and Canva.
- Experience designing fordigital ads, including social media and display advertising.
- Strong understanding oftypography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Ability to translate complex information into visually engaging graphics.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with video creator tools like Capsule,motion graphics or UI/UX design is a plus.
- Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including but not limited to ePHI and PHI in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local regulations

Base salary is dependent on many factors including, but not limited to education, experience and skills. This range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
