We’re looking for a versatileGraphic Designer to support our creative needs across both print and digital formats. If you’re excited by design that blends creativity with functionality—and you love the idea of working with cruise catalogs and cheerful customer-facing assets—this one’s for you.

This role is perfect for a mid-level designer who enjoys production work but still likes to flex their creative muscles. Most of the work will be digital (around 75–80%), with a smaller focus on print (about 20–25%). You’ll be working on social media graphics, website visuals, email creatives, postcards, and an annual cruise catalog. You’ll also help build out a design template library to streamline future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create templates for recurring campaigns, such as cruise announcements and product features

  • Improve upon existing designs while keeping brand consistency in mind

  • Collaborate with internal team members and work within a fun, supportive environment

  • Ensure all creative reflects the right tone and doesn’t fall into “salesy” or off-brand visual tropes (e.g., avoid patriotic themes unless intended!)

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design (not entry-level, but not agency-senior either)

  • Strong working knowledge of Canva and basic Illustrator and Photoshop skills.

  • Experience designing for both digital (emails, social media, web) andprint (postcards, catalogs)

  • Comfortable taking direction, but also able toelevate and improve upon past designs

  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple ongoing requests

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with or interest in the quilting/crafting or hobbyist communities

  • Exposure to working witholder demographics via Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest

  • Familiarity with basic marketing principles and testing design performance

The Vibe:
We’re not building rockets—our work supports people’s passions and hobbies. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys fun, light-hearted projects, works well with collaborative teams, and knows how to keep things visually sharp and on-brand, we’d love to meet you.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
