Looking for a rockstar Graphic Designer for a merchandise company

Greek Gear is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our custom design workflow, online product visuals, and marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our customer service and production teams to create unique apparel designs, product mockups, and digital assets for Greek organizations across the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact creative projects that combine school spirit, brand identity, and personalized merchandise.

What This Role Will Do

• Design custom artwork for apparel and merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, tote bags, mugs).
• Prepare and format print-ready files for production, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Create clean, on-brand product mockups for customer previews and website listings.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to interpret customer design requests and turn them into compelling visual concepts.
• Design promotional graphics, email banners, and social media assets to support marketing campaigns.
• Maintain organized design files and templates for reuse and scaling.
• Follow Greek licensing guidelines and organization-specific branding rules.

What This Person Will Bring

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in apparel, merchandise, or e-commerce.
• Strong portfolio showcasing custom merchandise, branding, or apparel design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of apparel printing processes and file requirements (screen printing, DTG, embroidery, etc.).
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams is a bonus
• Great communication skills—you’ll be interpreting requests from non-designers and translating them into professional visuals.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with mockup generators or tools like Canva, Printful, or Printify is a bonus.
