Role:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Freelance Designer to support our team with a range of design needs, including web assets, marketing brochures, and presentation decks. This is a project-based, remote freelance opportunity with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling web graphics, landing pages, and UI elements.
  • Create print-ready brochures, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral.
  • Develop engaging and on-brand presentation decks (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams (sales, product, L&D) to understand goals and messaging.
  • Ensure all assets are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for their respective platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic and web design (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills for collaboration on projects.
  • Familiarity with branding and digital marketing is a plus.

The hourly rate for this position is $25 - 50/hour, specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. These factors include (but are not limited to) location, experience, education and skill sets.
