Your Mission:
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:

  • Be a champion advocate for your portfolio of customers through the contracting lifecycle of their booking needs.
  • Manage numerous bookings simultaneously at various stages of the contracting process.
  • Collaborate with Group Sales Managers and customers to collect and execute hotel and customer contracts and billing with precision and accuracy.
  • Be accountable to communicate and hold customer and hotels to various deadlines.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by maintaining open lines of communication, promptly addressing inquiries or concerns, and providing superior service throughout the booking process.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sourcing, group sales, groups support and project recon to ensure seamless execution of group bookings.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new processes and tools implemented at a rapid scale.

What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • 2+ years in customer operations, service or contracting. Hotel industry or sales experience is a plus.
  • Passion for helping businesses simplify their group travel needs.
  • Extremely organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed and resourceful professional ready to grow their careers in a highly competitive environment.
  • Keen insight and ability to track customer patterns for retention and expansion of existing customer base.
  • Ability to identify and take initiative to creatively solve for unique roadblocks.

Cash compensation: The salary for this role is a base of $60,000-$65,000 annually with opportunity for variable based on performance and an expected OTE of $70,000-$80,000. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise.
