As the world’s leading network of top admissions coaches in medical, legal, business, and college studies, we’re building software and services in one place—disrupting long-entrenched application processes with products and experiences that strive to provide an equal platform for candidates from diverse backgrounds worldwide.

As one of the fastest-growing edtech firms in the world, we are backed by some of the leading venture capital firms and investors in the world, including Zeev Ventures, Quiet Capital, Craft Ventures, Jeff Fluhr (Founder of Stubhub), and David Sacks (Former COO of PayPal and Founder of Yammer).

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead our end-to-end webinar and virtual events program. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of strategy, planning, execution, and follow-up to deliver high-impact events that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline. You’ll be both the architect and the face of our webinar program, driving engagement and conversion at every stage of the funnel.

What You'll Do

Webinar Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, sales, and subject matter experts to develop compelling webinar topics aligned with key personas and funnel stages
  • Build and maintain a strategic monthly and quarterly webinar calendar that supports broader campaign themes and demand generation goals

Execution & Hosting

  • Serve as the primary host for live webinars by introducing speakers, managing transitions, and driving engagement throughout each session
  • Oversee all logistics, including speaker coordination, platform setup (Zoom, Sequel, GoToWebinar, etc.), dry runs, and content reviews
  • Ensure a polished, on-brand experience across every event, from visuals to delivery

Promotion & Demand Generation

  • Partner with the marketing team to execute multichannel promotional campaigns across email, paid media, and social to maximize registration
  • Write and optimize event assets, including landing page copy and design, email invitations, and post-event nurture sequences
  • Create event playbooks and audience-facing materials using tools like Canva
  • Design initiatives to enhance user experience and drive community engagement
  • Optimize free event funnels for downstream conversion to paid coaching, intro calls, and sales conversations

Post-Webinar Optimization

  • Manage all post-event workflows — including sending recordings, launching follow-up sequences, and repurposing content into blogs and social clips.
  • Analyze performance metrics (registration, attendance, engagement, lead quality) and apply insights to improve future webinars and drive pipeline impact.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in demand generation, event marketing, or webinar production
  • Confident and engaging on camera, with strong verbal communication skills and ease speaking live to large audiences
  • Skilled in project management, with a sharp attention to detail and a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and timelines.
  • Known for being a creative self-starter with a scrappy, resourceful approach—able to stretch small budgets and execute with impact.
  • Energized by event planning and passionate about designing standout experiences that captivate and convert.
  • Strong visual storytelling abilities, with a talent for creating polished decks and marketing materials (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus).
  • Collaborative and people-oriented, adept at building relationships and aligning stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Deeply invested in community building and constantly exploring fresh, meaningful ways to engage target audiences.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at prioritizing multiple tasks without losing focus.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom, ON24, Demio), CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation tools is preferred.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience running or moderating virtual events, panels, or podcasts
  • Background in education, tutoring, admissions, or coaching services
  • Ability to analyze funnel metrics and draw actionable conclusions
  • Comfortable writing and editing marketing copy.

The targeted pay for this role is: $80,000 (including performance bonus). Actual salary is dependent upon several factors, including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team and geographic location. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized at the offer. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
